  • Shipping generally takes 2–5 business days, shipped from USA.


Pre-Orders

A pre-order means the item is incoming but not yet at our US fulfillment center. You can purchase now; we’ll ship as soon as stock arrives. Any date shown on the product page is an estimate and may change.


Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Transit time: 2–5 business days after dispatch (estimate; carrier delays or peak periods may extend this).

  • From where: Shipped from our USA warehouse(s).

  • Carriers: We use common US carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx).

  • Tracking: E-mailed when your order ships.

  • Notes: Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from checkout; separate items may ship separately.

If you need to adjust your address or cancel, email hello@fallow.co ASAP. We’ll try to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

 

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and state.

Eligibility basics

  • Item is unused, in original, undamaged packaging (including any accessories or inserts).

  • For hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., skincare/haircare/cosmetics), products must be unopened and seals intact unless defective.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout aren’t returnable unless defective/damaged on arrival.

  • Bundles: returning part of a bundle voids bundle pricing; kept item(s) revert to the single-item price and we refund the difference.

Costs & refunds

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made an error or the item is defective.

  • Refunds go to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected (please allow 5–10 business days for processing plus your bank’s timing).

Damaged/Defective on arrival

  • Email hello@fallow.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right (replacement or refund, per availability).

How to start a return

  • Have your order number and email ready and initiate your return via our returns portal (link in your order confirmation or on our site).
