This policy explains how Fallow Group LLC (“Fallow”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or shop on our websites and related pages (the “Site”), contact us, join our marketing lists (email/SMS), or otherwise interact with us.

We collect the minimum necessary information to run our store and support you:

  • Order & account info: name, email, phone, billing/shipping addresses, items purchased, order totals, and basic customer service history.

  • Payment info: payments are processed by our payment providers; we don’t store full card numbers.

We collect data from you directly (checkout, forms, messages), automatically via cookies/pixels, and from service providers (e.g., analytics, advertising platforms, and subscription/email/SMS tools you choose to use with us).

We share personal information with trusted providers solely to operate our business—e.g., Shopify (store platform), payment processors, fulfillment/3PLs, email/SMS tools, subscription tools (e.g., Recharge), analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok), IT/security, and professional advisors.
We may also share information if required by law or in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition).
We do not sell your personal information. We may “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by some US state laws (see rights in Section 7).

We may use analytics and ad partners to show relevant ads and measure results. You can opt out of some interest-based advertising here:

8) Email & SMS marketing (simple terms)

  • We send emails/SMS only if you opt in (e.g., checking a box or submitting your number/email).

  • Message frequency varies; standard message/data rates may apply for SMS.

  • Opt-out anytime:

    • Email: click “unsubscribe” in any email.

    • SMS: reply STOP to our message (HELP for help).
      We only use your contact details to manage and send our messages and to comply with law.

9) Data retention

We keep order records and related personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then we delete or anonymize it.

10) Children

Our Site isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us (Section 11) to request deletion.
